True Nature Consulting (TNC) offers attentive, flexible, curiosity-oriented interventions which support inner trust and knowing. They allow for life’s constant changes, make room for meaningful relationships and help navigate the complex world. Typically consultations are in Jackson Hole Wyoming and are short to medium term contracts. On-going individual sessions with a coach (three minimum) is the heart of this work.
The True Nature Life Enhancing Survey is a unique tool to support the one-on-one coaching. The survey covers mind, body, heart and spirit in multiple life contexts. It is available by mail or email. With a minimum of three, life-coaching appointments, the survey is free.
True Nature Coaching Sessions focus on:
Finding your Own True Nature — Helping individuals identify higher levels of self-mastery and awareness is a specialty of TNC.
Opening to Hope and Joy — TNC works directly with individuals who need support in times of transition and change. TNC offers a unique kind of mind and body life support.
Working with Difficult Emotions — Life evokes difficult emotions such as anger, fear or grief. TNC helps individuals work with and integrate these emotions.
Visioning and Values Clarification — Setting a course or finding more purposeful direction is an exciting process. Guiding these efforts is a cornerstone of the work of TNC.
Learning to Appreciate and Work with Conflict — Working with conflict is a specialty of TNC. Learning how to overcome the natural fear of conflict allows for integration and change to occur.
Letting go of Negativity — Attachment to negativity is a natural reaction to overwhelm and trauma. Working with the mind and body helps turn negativity into an ally.
Understanding Pain — Pain is an inevitable part of human existence. Learning how to work with pain as a source of compassion for ourselves and others is important.
Empowering Experiences in Nature — This unique element of the services of TNC supports and builds other processes. If desired, TNC can include experiences in nature as part of the coaching experience.
Hiring True Nature Consulting:
Each contract with TNC is unique and bid according to the nature of the work, the neediness of the client, the length of the contract and the amount of preparation and research required. Travel and expenses are extra.
