The services of True Nature Consulting (TNC) are uniquely tailored. The work occurs in a variety of contexts, allowing you to specify location, time frame and commitment. TNC hosts groups in Jackson Hole, Wyoming or travels to other locales, with some work by phone. Typically interventions are short to medium term contracts.
Leadership Enhancement Coaching — Helping leadership groups or individuals identify and achieve higher levels of self-mastery and awareness is a specialty of TNC. These trainings occur as retreats, as individualized consultation to leadership teams or with particular individuals.
Working with Difficult Emotions — Working in social change assumes that the world is not okay in its current condition. This evokes difficult emotions such as anger, fear or grief. TNC helps organizations work with and integrate these emotions into institutional effectiveness.
Visioning, Mission Setting, Values Clarification — Setting a course or finding more purposeful direction for an organization is an exciting process. Guiding these efforts is a cornerstone of the work of TNC.
Conflict Recognition and Resolution — Working with conflict is a specialty of TNC. Conflict is addressed in moments of crisis or preventively with consultation and training. TNC mediates large group or interpersonal conflicts.

Diversity Sensitivity and Training — No matter the nature of our work, it is essential that we achieve our goals to diversify and make more inclusive our work forces, our processes and the impacts of our communications and messages. TNC helps process biases and limitations in this area.
Empowering Experiences in Nature — This unique element of the services of TNC supports and builds other processes. Taking teams of staff, boards, clients or constituents into the natural world to do the group work of values identification and visioning or to work through conflict can be highly useful.
Individual Life Coaching — In Jackson Hole, Wyoming, TNC works directly with individuals who need support in times of transition and change. TNC offers a unique kind of mind/body life support.

Each contract with TNC is unique and bid according to the nature of the work, the neediness of the client, the length of the contract and the amount of preparation and research required. Travel and expenses extra.
